Photograph of a chimpanzee named Rosie playing with a toy called «Square Art» alongside Zara Morris, the child of artist Adrian Morris. «There was a children's tea party at the inn on the park hotel, Park Lane, today, to launch a new learn-to-draw toy called Square Art, based on the squaring up principle used by artists to transfer a sketch on to canvas. Square Art subjects to draw range from farm and zoo animals to cars, trains and Walt Disney characters. Two 4-year old champanzees, Rosie and Bugsy, demonstrated Square Art, helped by the children. Guests at the party were journalists, and their children, and children of artists.» --text on verso.
