Orders

The order is only validated once it has been confirmed by the client.

Any change in order requested by the client will only be taken into account if it has been sent in writing before shipping out the product(s).

Please note all inventory is sold on first-order basis and may no longer be available at the time of your order.
Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) will contact the client as soon as possible should this occur.

For orders with different billing and shipping address, it is possible that Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) contact the person related to the billing address and the person related to the shipping address. In this case, Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) may ask for the necessary information in order to unblock the order.

Price

All prices are indicated in Euro, including all Belgian taxes (VAT).
Customs duty and any taxes charged on delivery in certain countries are not included in the price and are charged to the client.

Prices can by modified without notice. The price charged is the price that is in effect while ordering.

Payment

Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier)'s website only accepts payments by PayPal and Paybox. The client does not have to create an account in order to validate the payment. Online orders are placed via SSL encryption.

Rules, terms and shipping

The orders are shipped to the address of the client, unless mentionned otherwise while ordering.

Aside from bank holidays and during participation at fairs, it can take up to 2 working days before shipment of the order, and this is done once payment has been received.

The shipment should arrive between 3 to 10 working days later, depending on the postal service chosen during the order.

Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) is not responsible for any delay caused by the postal service.
Packaging costs are included in the invoice as well as the shipping costs which are automatically calculated, based on the shipping address.

Claims

All products are checked before expedition and shipped in good condition. Should the client notice any damages to the product(s) upon arrival, they have to contact Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) in written within 24 hours of receipt.

The client has to allow Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) to verify the damage.
If Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier) duly accepts the damage, the client has to return the defective product and in return, they will obtain a replacement of the product free of charge or a refund, excluding any compensation or damages. 

Right of withdrawal and return policies

In accordance with current legislation, the client has the right to refrain from his purchase up to 14 days forward from the receipt of his order. In this case, the client has to inform the seller of the cancellation of the order and send the order back at his expenses. In order to be eligible for reimbursement, the products must be sent back in perfect condition.

CD's and DVD's are expressly not returnable under any circumstance.

Disputes, governing law and jurisdiction

Any litigation will be treated by the courts jurisdiction in the legal seat of the undertaking Les Maîtres de Forme Contemporains (mfc-michèle didier).

The terms and conditions of sale are subject to Belgian Law.
